A first conversation. Choose the practice your question falls under: cybersecurity leadership, IT strategy, transformation, modernization and Dynamics 365, industrial IT and M&A, or bilingual compliance. You then speak with a senior consultant from that practice for thirty minutes, at no charge, to understand the question on your desk and whether we are the right fit.
A defined mandate. Scope, deliverables, timeline and fee agreed in writing before any work starts.
Senior delivery. The same senior consultant leads the mandate from start to finish, reporting to your executive team, in French or English.
