Dynamics 365 and ERP programs, managed on your side of the table

Transformation, modernization and Dynamics 365 icon

A go-live is a business event, not a software release.

Your integrator configures the system and reports on its own progress. Someone on your side has to own the scope, the budget, the change orders, the data and the people who will use the system on day one. That is where most ERP programs are won or lost, and where we work.

Services

Dynamics 365 Program Health Check

A second opinion on your program in two weeks: what is on track, what is not, and what to do in the next 90 days.

Call us when:

  • The plan has been rebaselined again
  • Change orders keep arriving and each one looks unavoidable
  • Status reports are green but finance is worried

You get:

  • A red, amber, green scorecard: governance, scope and change orders, integrator delivery against the statement of work, testing, data, adoption, cutover and support
  • Your top ten risks, each with an owner
  • A 30, 60 and 90-day action plan
  • An executive readout, without blame, that you can share with the integrator

Duration and format: 2 weeks. Remote, with interviews on site.

Built on: Microsoft Success by Design and the Dynamics 365 Implementation Guide (2026); Panorama Consulting ERP Report (2026).

Fee: per diem rate; number of days agreed in writing before work starts.

Go-Live Readiness and Cutover Review

A go or no-go decision based on evidence, and a cutover weekend without surprises.

Call us when:

  • Go-live is 8 to 12 weeks away
  • Nobody outside the project has checked readiness
  • The cutover plan has dates but no cut-off times, rehearsals or rollback

You get:

  • A readiness scorecard against Microsoft's go-live checklist
  • The gaps in your cutover plan: cut-off time per process, rehearsals, point of no return, rollback
  • A data reconciliation and sign-off matrix for your finance team
  • A report on an observed rehearsal
  • Go or no-go criteria and a decision memo

Duration and format: 3 to 4 weeks. Remote, with the rehearsal and the go or no-go meeting on site.

Built on: Dynamics 365 Implementation Guide: go-live checklist and cutover (2026).

Fee: per diem rate; number of days agreed in writing before work starts.

Client-Side Program Director

Someone on your side who owns scope, budget, readiness and the evidence behind every go or no-go.

Call us when:

  • You have a sponsor but no program manager
  • Several vendors deliver parts of the same program
  • Your team is too busy running the business to run the program

You get:

  • A steering committee pack and a decision log
  • Every change order analyzed before you sign
  • Milestones accepted against the statement of work
  • A business readiness plan
  • A CEO and CFO dashboard

Duration and format: Monthly, for the length of the program. 4 to 8 days a month, remote first.

Built on: Microsoft Success by Design (2026); PMI Pulse of the Profession (2026).

Fee: per diem rate, for a number of days each month agreed in writing.

Adoption and Hypercare

People use the new system on day one, and the business is stable by the first month-end close.

Call us when:

  • Training is late or measured by attendance
  • Your Quebec teams need material in French
  • Nobody has defined when hypercare ends

You get:

  • The change impact by role
  • Training readiness in French and English, measured by role
  • A network of super-users and a cut-off communication calendar
  • Hypercare triage, indicators and exit criteria: no critical issue open, two stable weeks, first close done

Duration and format: 4 to 8 weeks around go-live. On site for go-live week, remote otherwise.

Built on: Prosci ADKAR; Dynamics 365 Implementation Guide: transition to support (2026); Charter of the French Language, section 41.

Fee: per diem rate; number of days agreed in writing before work starts.

  • Oversaw the Dynamics ERP program and a Microsoft Field Service rollout for the field workforce of a 3,000-person telecommunications network builder (2018 to 2019).
  • Client-side program manager of a Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement program, within an integrated roadmap covering Finance, Supply Chain and Customer Engagement (Quebec utility, since 2025).
